ContactMe, Submission, SurveyMe, PollMe & QuizMe are a collection of WordPress plugins for collecting information from a reader and using it in some form.

Over the many updates to the plugins they have inherited functionality from each other and now we are at a stage where all the plugins have all been consolidated into ContactMe. All other plugins will advise you to install ContactMe, and ContactMe will prompt you to import any forms it finds.

You can design many forms with various type of data collection including checkboxes ,radio buttons, textboxes textareas and many more and allows you to choose which fields you want to be mandatory.

It also contains a simple CAPTCHA to help prevent SPAM or if you with you can use the more elaborate reCAPTCHA.

You are able to access the forms data directly via its own MySQL table or download the data in CVS format to import into any spreadsheet package.
